The Institute for Economic Development & Real Estate Research is a public
service division
of the College of Business Administration under
the direction of Dr. Ivan J. Miestchovich, Jr. that combines the resources
of the Center for Economic Development and the Real Estate Research Center.
The primary goal of the Institute is to provide technical assistance and
applied research for public, private and nonprofit organizations throughout
its service area.

Our project "Housing Supply/Demand Profile
in the GO Zone" has been selected as one of three winning finalists
for the
University Economic Development Association's
(UEDA) 2009 Awards
of Excellence competition in the category of Excellence in Economic
Development Research. Selection of the "Best in Excellence" will be determined in October at UEDA's Summit on Higher Education and
Economic Development among the three winners in each category.
